To je vrlo jednostavan i efikasan dizajn koji se mo\u017ee koristiti u raznim primjenama. Cikloidni mjenja\u010d se \u010desto koristi u primjenama koje zahtijevaju kretanje te\u0161kih tereta. Ima nekoliko prednosti u odnosu na planetarni mjenja\u010d, \u200b\u200buklju\u010duju\u0107i njegovu sposobnost da podnese ve\u0107a optere\u0107enja i ve\u0107e brzine.<\/p>\n<h2>Dinami\u010dki i inercijalni efekti cikloidnog mjenja\u010da<\/h2>\n<p>Nekoliko studija je provedeno o dinami\u010dkim i inercijalnim efektima cikloidnog mjenja\u010da. Neke od njih se fokusiraju na principe rada, dok se druge fokusiraju na matemati\u010dki model mjenja\u010da. Ovaj rad ispituje matemati\u010dki model cikloidnog mjenja\u010da i upore\u0111uje njegove performanse sa stvarnim mjerenjima. Va\u017eno je imati odgovaraju\u0107i matemati\u010dki model za projektovanje i upravljanje cikloidnim mjenja\u010dem. Cikloidni mjenja\u010d je dvostepeni mjenja\u010d sa cikloidnim diskom i prstenastim zup\u010danikom koji se okre\u0107e oko vlastite ose.<br \/>Matemati\u010dki model se sastoji od vi\u0161e od 1,6 miliona elemenata. Svaki par zup\u010danika predstavljen je reduciranim modelom sa 500 svojstvenih modova. Svojstvena frekvencija za cilindri\u010dni zup\u010danik je 70 kHz. Modalno reducirani model dobro odgovara cikloidnom mjenja\u010du.<br \/>Matemati\u010dki model je validiran kori\u0161tenjem ABAQUS softvera. Cikloidni disk je diskretiziran kako bi se dobio vrlo precizan model. Potrebno je 400 elementarnih ta\u010daka po zubu. Tako\u0111er je verificiran kori\u0161tenjem stati\u010dke FEA metode. Ovaj model je zatim kori\u0161ten za modeliranje trenja zup\u010danika u svim kvadrantima. Ovo je novi pristup modeliranju trenja u cikloidnom mjenja\u010du. Pokazalo se da daje rezultate usporedive s onima EMBS modela. Rezultati se tako\u0111er podudaraju s elasti\u010dnim modelom simulacije vi\u0161e tijela. Ovo dobro odgovara kontaktnim silama i veli\u010dini cikloidnog diska zup\u010danika. Tako\u0111er je utvr\u0111eno da je ta\u010dnost prijenosa izme\u0111u cikloidnog diska zup\u010danika i prstenastog zup\u010danika oko 98,5%. Me\u0111utim, ova vrijednost je ni\u017ea od ta\u010dnosti prijenosa para prstenastog zup\u010danika. Gre\u0161ka prijenosa korigiranog modela je oko 0,3%. Ta\u010dnost prijenosa je manja zbog manje koli\u010dine elasti\u010dne deformacije na bokovima zuba.<br \/>Va\u017eno je napomenuti da najta\u010dnije kontaktne sile za svaki zub cikloidnog mjenja\u010da nisu glatke. Kontaktna sila na pojedina\u010dnom zubu po\u010dinje linearnim porastom, a zatim zavr\u0161ava o\u0161trim padom. Nije tako glatka kao kontaktna sila na ta\u010dkastom kontaktu, zbog \u010dega je upore\u0111ena sa kontaktnom silom na elipti\u010dnom kontaktu.
