Certaines se concentrent sur les principes de fonctionnement, tandis que d'autres s'int\u00e9ressent au mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique du r\u00e9ducteur. Cet article examine le mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique d'un r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal et compare ses performances \u00e0 des mesures r\u00e9elles. Un mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique pr\u00e9cis est essentiel pour la conception et la commande d'un r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal. Ce dernier est un r\u00e9ducteur \u00e0 deux \u00e9tages, compos\u00e9 d'un disque cyclo\u00efdal et d'une couronne dent\u00e9e tournant sur elle-m\u00eame.<br \/>Le mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique comprend plus de 1,6 million d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments. Chaque paire d'engrenages est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par un mod\u00e8le r\u00e9duit \u00e0 500 modes propres. La fr\u00e9quence propre de l'engrenage droit est de 70 kHz. Le mod\u00e8le modal r\u00e9duit s'adapte bien \u00e0 la bo\u00eete de vitesses cyclo\u00efdale.<br \/>Le mod\u00e8le math\u00e9matique a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 \u00e0 l'aide du logiciel ABAQUS. Un disque cyclo\u00efdal a \u00e9t\u00e9 discr\u00e9tis\u00e9 pour obtenir un mod\u00e8le tr\u00e8s fin, n\u00e9cessitant 400 points d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments par dent. Sa validit\u00e9 a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 confirm\u00e9e par une analyse statique par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (FEA). Ce mod\u00e8le a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour mod\u00e9liser le frottement statique des engrenages dans tous les quadrants. La pr\u00e9cision de transmission entre le disque d'engrenage cyclo\u00efdal et la couronne dent\u00e9e est d'environ 98,51 TP3T, valeur inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle de la couronne dent\u00e9e seule. L'erreur de transmission du mod\u00e8le corrig\u00e9 est d'environ 0,31 TP3T, cette moindre pr\u00e9cision \u00e9tant due \u00e0 une d\u00e9formation \u00e9lastique plus faible sur les flancs des dents.<br \/>Il est important de noter que les forces de contact, m\u00eame les plus pr\u00e9cises, pour chaque dent d'un r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal ne sont pas uniformes. La force de contact sur une seule dent commence par une augmentation lin\u00e9aire, puis se termine par une chute brutale. Elle n'est pas aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8re que la force de contact sur un contact ponctuel, raison pour laquelle elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la force de contact sur un contact elliptique. Cependant, la surface de contact sur un contact elliptique reste relativement petite, et le mod\u00e8le EMBS n'est pas en mesure de la reproduire.<br \/>Le mod\u00e8le \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis (EF) du disque cyclo\u00efde comprend environ 1,6 million d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments. La discr\u00e9tisation du disque est l'\u00e9tape cruciale de ce mod\u00e8le. Il est primordial de r\u00e9aliser cette discr\u00e9tisation avec une grande pr\u00e9cision en raison des fortes vibrations auxquelles le disque est soumis. On constate que le disque cyclo\u00efdal d\u00e9crit un cercle autour de ses axes fixes, tandis que l'arbre suiveur tourne autour de la came excentr\u00e9e. De plus, on observe que l'arbre d'entr\u00e9e est mont\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re excentr\u00e9e par rapport au roulement.<br \/>Nous observons \u00e9galement que le disque cyclo\u00efdal tourne ind\u00e9pendamment autour du palier excentr\u00e9, tandis que l'arbre suiveur tourne autour d'un axe de sym\u00e9trie. Nous pouvons en conclure que le disque cyclo\u00efdal joue un r\u00f4le essentiel dans la cin\u00e9matique d'un r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal.<br \/>Pour calculer le rendement du r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal, nous utilisons un mod\u00e8le bas\u00e9 sur la rigidit\u00e9 non lin\u00e9aire des contacts. Dans ce mod\u00e8le, la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 du contact est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par la non-lin\u00e9arit\u00e9 de la force et de la d\u00e9formation au niveau du contact. Nous avons montr\u00e9 que le rendement du r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal augmente avec la charge. De plus, ce rendement d\u00e9pend de la vitesse de glissement et des d\u00e9formations dues \u00e0 la charge normale. Ces facteurs sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les variables cl\u00e9s pour d\u00e9terminer le rendement de la transmission cyclo\u00efdale.<br \/>Nous \u00e9tudions \u00e9galement le rendement du r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal en fonction du couple et de la vitesse d'entr\u00e9e. Ce rendement se calcule en divisant le couple net dans la couronne dent\u00e9e par le couple de sortie. Il est ajustable pour s'adapter aux diff\u00e9rentes conditions de fonctionnement. Le rendement du r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal augmente avec la charge.<br \/>Le r\u00e9ducteur cyclo\u00efdal est un r\u00e9ducteur \u00e0 plusieurs \u00e9tages comportant un petit arbre et un grand arbre. Il poss\u00e8de 19 dents et des rondelles en laiton. Les disques ext\u00e9rieurs se d\u00e9placent en opposition au disque central et sont d\u00e9cal\u00e9s de 180\u00b0. Le disque central est deux fois plus massif que les disques ext\u00e9rieurs. Le disque cyclo\u00efdal comporte neuf lobes qui se d\u00e9placent d'un lobe par tour d'arbre. Le nombre de dents du disque doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui des disques adjacents.<br \/>L'arbre d'entr\u00e9e entra\u00eene un palier excentrique qui transmet la puissance \u00e0 l'arbre de sortie. De plus, l'arbre d'entr\u00e9e applique des forces au disque cyclo\u00efdal par l'interm\u00e9diaire du palier interm\u00e9diaire. Le disque cyclo\u00efdal effectue alors une rotation de 360\u00b0 par pas de pivot et de rouleau. Les axes de l'arbre de sortie se d\u00e9placent ensuite dans leurs al\u00e9sages pour assurer la rotation continue de l'arbre de sortie. L'arbre d'entr\u00e9e imprime un mouvement sinuso\u00efdal \u00e0 l'arbre de base afin de maintenir sa vitesse constante. Cette onde sinuso\u00efdale induit de l\u00e9gers ajustements de l'arbre suiveur.
