3. 입고 품질 관리
입고 자재 관리의 허용 가능한 품질 수준(AQL)을 설정하고, 자재에 대한 전체 검사, 샘플링, 검증 절차를 제공합니다. 합격 제품은 창고에 입고하고, 불량품은 반품, 검사, 재작업을 진행하며, 재작업 후 검사 및 추적 관리를 담당하여 공급업체의 시정 조치를 모니터링합니다.

4. 공정 품질 관리
제조 현장에서 최초 검사, 점검 및 최종 검사를 실시하고, 일부 프로젝트 요구 사항에 따라 샘플링하여 품질 변화 추세를 판단합니다.
 제조 과정에서 비정상적인 현상을 발견하고, 생산 부서를 감독하여 비정상적인 현상이나 상태를 개선하고 제거합니다.

5. 최종 품질 관리(FQC)
제조 부서에서 제품 생산을 완료한 후, 고객 측에서 완제품 품질 검증을 실시하여 품질을 보장합니다.

6. OQC(출고 품질 관리)
제품 샘플 검사를 통해 합격 여부를 확인한 후 보관을 허가하지만, 완제품이 창고에서 출고되어 정식으로 배송되기 전에 추가 검사가 진행됩니다. 이를 출하 검사라고 합니다. 검사 내용은 창고 보관 및 이동 현황 확인, 그리고 출하 승인 여부 확인입니다.
