3. Kwaliteitscontrole van inkomende goederen
Het doel is om het AQL-acceptabele niveau voor de controle van inkomende materialen vast te stellen, zodat het materiaal volledig wordt geïnspecteerd, bemonsterd en gecontroleerd. Bij acceptatie van goedgekeurde producten in het magazijn worden afgekeurde producten geretourneerd, gecontroleerd, herwerkt en onderworpen aan een herwerkinspectie. De verantwoordelijkheid voor het traceren van afgekeurde producten ligt bij de leverancier om corrigerende maatregelen te nemen.

vier. Proceskwaliteitscontrole
De productielocatie voert een eerste onderzoek, inspectie en eindinspectie uit, waarbij monsters worden genomen volgens de eisen van bepaalde projecten, en de trend van kwaliteitsverandering wordt beoordeeld.
 Er werden afwijkende verschijnselen in het productieproces geconstateerd en de productieafdeling werd begeleid om verbeteringen aan te brengen en deze afwijkingen te verhelpen.

Nadat de productieafdeling het product heeft voltooid, voert de afdeling ter plaatse bij de klant een kwaliteitscontrole van het eindproduct uit om de kwaliteit te waarborgen.

Na de inspectie van de productmonsters om vast te stellen of de producten aan de eisen voldoen, mag het product worden opgeslagen. Voordat het afgewerkte product echter officieel wordt afgeleverd, vindt er een controle plaats. Deze controle wordt de verzendingsinspectie genoemd. Inhoud van de controle: controle van de opslag- en transportstatus in het magazijn, en bevestiging van de aflevering. 
Een productinspectie wordt uitgevoerd om te bepalen welke producten aan de kwaliteitseisen voldoen.
