ثلاثة. مراقبة جودة المواد الواردة
تحديد مستوى الجودة المقبول (AQL) لمراقبة المواد الواردة، وتوفير المواد اللازمة للفحص الكامل، وأخذ العينات، والتأكد من خلوها من العيوب. عند قبول المنتجات المطابقة للمواصفات للتخزين، يتم إرجاع البضائع غير المطابقة للمواصفات، وفحصها، وإعادة تصنيعها، وتتبعها، ومراقبة المورد لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

رابعاً: مراقبة جودة العملية

بعد فحص عينة المنتج لتحديد مدى مطابقتها للمواصفات، يُسمح بتخزينها. ولكن قبل التسليم الرسمي للبضائع، يتم فحص المنتج النهائي من المستودع، ويُسمى هذا الفحص بفحص الشحنة. يتضمن الفحص التأكد من حالة التخزين والنقل في المستودع، بالإضافة إلى التأكد من تسليم المنتج. 
الحل هو فحص المنتج لتحديد المنتجات المؤهلة.
