Ciklonoidni mjenjač
U osnovi, cikloidni mjenjač je mjenjač koji koristi cikloidno kretanje za obavljanje svog rotacijskog kretanja. To je vrlo jednostavan i efikasan dizajn koji se može koristiti u raznim primjenama. Cikloidni mjenjač se često koristi u primjenama koje zahtijevaju kretanje teških tereta. Ima nekoliko prednosti u odnosu na planetarni mjenjač, uključujući njegovu sposobnost da podnese veća opterećenja i veće brzine.
Dinamički i inercijalni efekti cikloidnog mjenjača
Nekoliko studija je provedeno o dinamičkim i inercijalnim efektima cikloidnog mjenjača. Neke od njih se fokusiraju na principe rada, dok se druge fokusiraju na matematički model mjenjača. Ovaj rad ispituje matematički model cikloidnog mjenjača i upoređuje njegove performanse sa stvarnim mjerenjima. Važno je imati odgovarajući matematički model za projektovanje i upravljanje cikloidnim mjenjačem. Cikloidni mjenjač je dvostepeni mjenjač sa cikloidnim diskom i prstenastim zupčanikom koji se okreće oko vlastite ose. Matematički model se sastoji od više od 1,6 miliona elemenata. Svaki par zupčanika predstavljen je reduciranim modelom sa 500 svojstvenih modova. Svojstvena frekvencija za cilindrični zupčanik je 70 kHz. Modalno reducirani model dobro odgovara cikloidnom mjenjaču. Matematički model je validiran korištenjem ABAQUS softvera. Cikloidni disk je diskretiziran kako bi se dobio vrlo precizan model. Potrebno je 400 elementarnih tačaka po zubu. Također je verificiran korištenjem statičke FEA metode. Ovaj model je zatim korišten za modeliranje trenja zupčanika u svim kvadrantima. Ovo je novi pristup modeliranju trenja u cikloidnom mjenjaču. Pokazalo se da daje rezultate usporedive s onima EMBS modela. Rezultati se također podudaraju s elastičnim modelom simulacije više tijela. Ovo dobro odgovara kontaktnim silama i veličini cikloidnog diska zupčanika. Također je utvrđeno da je tačnost prijenosa između cikloidnog diska zupčanika i prstenastog zupčanika oko 98,5%. Međutim, ova vrijednost je niža od tačnosti prijenosa para prstenastog zupčanika. Greška prijenosa korigiranog modela je oko 0,3%. Tačnost prijenosa je manja zbog manje količine elastične deformacije na bokovima zuba. Važno je napomenuti da najtačnije kontaktne sile za svaki zub cikloidnog mjenjača nisu glatke. Kontaktna sila na pojedinačnom zubu počinje linearnim porastom, a zatim završava oštrim padom. Nije tako glatka kao kontaktna sila na tačkastom kontaktu, zbog čega je upoređena sa kontaktnom silom na eliptičnom kontaktu. Međutim, kontakt na eliptičnom kontaktu je i dalje relativno mali, a EMBS model nije u stanju da to obuhvati. FE model za cikloidni disk sastoji se od oko 1,6 miliona elemenata. Najvažniji dio FE modela je diskretizacija cikloidnog diska. Veoma je važno da se diskretizacija cikloidnog zupčanog diska izvrši vrlo pažljivo zbog visokog stepena vibracija koje doživljava. Cikloidni disk mora biti fino diskretiziran kako bi rezultati bili uporedivi sa rezultatima statičke FEA analize. Mora biti što precizniji model kako bi se mogle precizno simulirati kontaktne sile između cikloidnog diska i zupčanog venca.
Kinematika cikloidnog pogona
Koristeći proizvoljni koordinatni sistem, možemo posmatrati kretanje komponenti u cikloidnom mjenjaču. Primjećujemo da se cikloidni disk okreće oko fiksnih klinova u krugu, dok se osovina pratilice okreće oko ekscentričnog grebena. Osim toga, vidimo da je ulazna osovina ekscentrično montirana u odnosu na kotrljajući ležaj. Također primjećujemo da se cikloidni disk okreće nezavisno oko ekscentričnog ležaja, dok se osovina pratioca okreće oko ose simetrije.
